Convert .shape file into database - setup API access for websites to get data.

Setup a database that can auto-download a shape file, and then give API access that can search the database and return attribute information that is contained within the shape file.

The system should be able to auto-download the file everyday – week – month (user can change how often) ([login to view URL]) the file is about 350mb in size - saved in a compressed file, 500mb when unzipped

It will then convert this shape file attribute information into a saved database, (PostgreSQL database is what we currently use) all attribute information will be saved.

You will then setup an API server that will connect to the database and deliver the attribute information to websites on request.

You will be able to search by lot number/house number Street-name Suburb and the API will return GPS-number Size of lot and other information.

You will create a basic helpful on how others can use the API. (doesn’t need to be complex)

I have a copy of Cadastre (Polygon) (LGATE-217) if required for review. It is 350mb in size
