Slide presentation for city updates

I am looking to create a PowerPoint presentation for educational purposes, to inform stakeholders of important city updates based off our annual report and Chamber of Commerce updates. The presentation should include at least 10-20 slides with relevant images and data-driven visuals. I need someone who is an expert with PowerPoint to create a visually appealing and informative slide deck. The presentation should not only convey our city's message accurately, but also engage the stakeholders.
We have an annual report and some other information that can be directly used for the presentation. But we want it visually engaging and to flow nicely so multiple people can take the same presentation and use it at their different stakeholder meetings. This presentation should cover a quick overview of how our city is structured, what we accomplished in the last year or so, and what is in the pipeline. It will cover some statistics and numbers from different departments but also information about street projects and economic development projects. Needs to be long enough to cover these items and fill a 25-30 minute time slot but can be flipped through quickly if needed. We have pictures to provide but if we don’t have something, we may ask if they can find a picture. Most likely, we’ll have everything though.
We would need this done within the next month.
