Prestashop template and webshop build

We are using Prestashop 1.6.0.9 with almost 4000 products. 2 shops, same products.
Now we need a new design and to move on Presta 1.7. We have design and all elements needed for template build. We need developer to code that.
Developer tasks:
- Template build (every Presta form)
- Migrate all existing categories, products, SEO....
- Copy SEO elements from existing site so we don’t lose Google ranking.
- We have two payment getaways, local one and PayPal. Both are working on current site and should work on new one.
- Store is and must be in Croatian and English.
- All the work needs to be done on you server. You’ll copy it to our server after work verification.
- Full payment after work completely done.
If you do it right, we would like to hire you for maintenance's and further projects.
You have to write word banana in your proposal. No banana, no work. This way we know you’ve read project requirements.
