Job Duties:
1. Researching and staying up-to-date on the latest trends in men's bags and accessories, as well as market demand and customer preferences.
2. Developing product concepts and designs that meet the needs of the target market, while also staying within budget constraints.
3. Creating sketches, 3D models, and prototypes of product designs to share with the product development team.
4. Collaborating with the product development team to refine and finalize product designs, taking into account factors such as materials, manufacturing processes, and cost.
5. Conducting user testing and gathering feedback on product designs to ensure they meet the needs of the target market.
6. Creating detailed specifications and technical drawings for product designs that can be used by manufacturers.
7. Overseeing the production process to ensure that products are manufactured to the desired quality and specifications.
