I’m looking for a food scientist/ recipe development, who can help me with developing recipes for plant base cheese.
Both fermented and non fermented cheese…for the first part of the project, we will focus only on non fermented cheese.
There are 8 cheese that I’m looking to create with unique flavours, using cashews as the primary nuts.
* cream cheese
* Almond ricotta
* cashew halloumi
* pepper jack
The cheeses should mimic traditional cheeses, but using only nuts and dairy free.
Cheese texture: should creamy
Note: texture may vary depending on the type of cheese
Diet and allergens
* daily free
* gluten free
* soy free
Recipes should have a detailed description of equipments need and preparation guide.
