Lepricon is a hyper-casual DeFi and games platform that allows stakers, developers, and gamers to enjoy the benefits of DeFi in a gamified way, backed by a vibrant community in which all participants receive rewards for positive contributions and interactions.
Leprichain is Lepricon’s own private gas-free Ethereum-compatible side-chain expressly engineered to meet the needs of games and other hyper-casual activities where frequent on-chain transactions that must be executed at speed are required. Leprichain shares Lepricon’s native utility token, L3P, as its primary unit of currency.
Built on Leprichain, Lepricon’s DeFi portal will offer a range of in-house and third-party activities, including a cross-chain bridge, staking and yield farming, casual games, a prediction platform, and a range of activities incorporating NFTs, all powered by the L3P token.

Blockchain Defi Project Manager
Description
We are looking for a full-time Defi Project Manager with Solidity skills who can lead the team to continue the development and improvement of our Lepricon platform.
Our ideal candidate is highly motivated and passionate about the future of DeFi. They should be fully up to date on the latest technologies and standards in the DeFi space
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain DeFi MVP’s into reliable and scalable projects
Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
Ensure new protocol features are always well tested and documented
Research and develop new techniques, technologies, and ideas for improvements to the platform and products. Paving way for the future of NFT and collectible-centric marketplaces.
Requirements
Familiar with software project implementation management, have software implementation experience, and have a wealth of business requirement analysis, program and functional design capabilities
Strong understanding of the state of NFT’s and its future applications.
Good knowledge of Solidity & smart contracting
5+ years of commercial software development experience
Good knowledge of how cryptocurrencies & trading systems work
Exposure to smart contracts, decentralized governance, master nodes, and blockchains
Understanding of financial instruments (arbitrage, providing market-making, features)
Experience working in a fully remote environment
Fluent English communicator
