We are planning on opening a brewpub and cafe, geared to both locals and tourists. The location would be in a touristic city in Bavaria, southern Germany. We need to estimate the start up cost for brewing, bottling and cake baking machinery, bar and dining area sizing and refurbishing of the venue. The estimated brewery size is 500 Lt for each brewing session.
We require as complete a cost estimation as possible. Prior experience in brewpub cost estimation is highly desired.
