Electrical Engineering Project Manager

Job Description:

Due to the increase in our workload, we require an experienced electrical project manager to come onboard and take management of our teams and projects.

We deal with Hazardous Areas and operate currently in Australia. Our team is comprised of both local and off shore teams, each a specialist in their own right.

Being a start up, we require someone that has a proven track record of managing staff correctly (we take on the same philosophy as Work Rules by Laszlo Block from Google HR), being accountantable for their actions to both upper managment and the team.

We are looking for someone that thrives on working for a smaller boutique team, with a can do attitude to create a positive inclusive culture that promotes hard work and fun.

Creating and implementing change will also be a common occurance as we wish to stay competitive in this sphere for a long time, researching and adopting new technologies to make life easier for all.
