Job Description:
Looking for an Executive Assistant who can work with me side by side.
You'll be responsible for keeping track of my tasks, organizing them, filtering them, watch me do them, and take over whatever you can.
I'm looking to hire for someone for 2 hours daily. Will increase over time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. My Tasks Organizations
2. Getting on Zoom call with me and watching me how I perform those tasks
3. Assisting me by preparing for the work session in advance and doing necessary research for the task that I'll be working on with you on the scheduled call
4. Keeping me in check with the time being spent on each task
5. Keeping me accountable
6. Planning the coming days and weeks
7. Learning how I do stuff and taking over tasks so I can focus on other tasks to increase the productivity
