We require a project manager to help us build some processes and systems so we can sell our product. We are a Cloud Hosting Provider, and we are to be performing some tasks for smaller individual companies too.
Phone Number for company - we'd like this setup fairly quickly, and set to pre agreed numbers for answering. Any voicemails, handle those too.
Sales Channels - We have a Sales/TAM Person, you'd be working alongside them to flesh out our pitch decks and tender documents.
HR Documents - We need these to be arranged properly and such that they can be used and given out as needed.
NDA Process - We should have our Docusign set up for this as soon as possible
Phone answering - We will likely need to call via zoom/skype/phone fairly regularly
SLA - We need to write one, maybe multiple SLA Documents for our company
Tickets - we have lots of tickets created, though need more, and you'd be monitoring this, applying it and tracking it.
Whats App Responses - You'll need to use the whats app group to update those tickets
Google Drive - Our Google Drive has quite a few documents, we need to make sure we know whats in there, and have all our correct paperwork.
Wiki Pages for the above - We would need each piece to be documented as it is delivered
