I need an acquisition's editor for my leadership book

Job Description:

I am looking to connect with an experienced acquisition editor who can help me place my latest nonfiction book with a major publisher. I am seeking a six-figure advance.

I have already completed a 32K word proposal. The 135K word book is also completed.

The book deals with a leadership process I have been using with top leaders in top companies worldwide for 37 years

I have published 23 books, many with major publishers, and hundreds of articles on leadership.

I need help in shaping the completed proposal for submission.
