Run my Python project using PYCHARM on my LINUX AWS Server

Job Description:
I have a brand new AWS EC2 Linux instance. PYCHARM has been installed. MATE desktop has been installed. Now I need help with LINUX and PYCHARM. Can you run TEAMVIEWER and do the following?:
1 - Install Python version 3.8 for Linux (2.7 is already installed)
2 - Troubleshoot PYCHARM to run. (There are administrator privileges issues - my password doesn't work)
3 - Install package requirements
4 - Run my project (already installed)
5 - Make it easy for me to run (can you create a desktop shortcut to run PYCHARM?)
For a LINUX guru these issues should be easy and quick. I estimate this whole project to be 1 hour.
