Automate my Python script to be executed once a day

I have a webscraping script which I wrote and I need it to be automatically executed once a day at a specific time.
The script I wrote scrapes a table from a website then writes an excel file into a folder on my desktop, I need the script to be altered so that the file name is the date when the script is run. I also need the program compiled into an exe file and have it automatically run once day. I also want the script to be compiled into an exe file.
NOTE* I want the program to be scheduled internally and not from windows task scheduler, cron job etc.
