Connectors for data platform

Job Description:
This project consists of some connectors (also called sensors) for my data platform Trel. Sensors can detect the presence of new data at some data source or location and move them if needed to the target location.
Here is a sample code for a sensor detecting tables in Bigquery.

The first milestone is a sensor that can detect folders in S3. Code and rigorous test cases are required.
