I need an chat app for Windows that integrates with our DeskDirector application. Currently the chat function from DeskDirector is provided within their Tech website. Not all of my techs use this interface so I need to have an app for techs to still interact with the chat module. In addition probably all users would want to use it for better pop-up notifications and alerts. Within the app, ticket numbers should link to our ConnectWise ticketing platform, ex:

Currently DeskDirector has (2) ways for techs to authenticate. Internally via ConnectWise or via Microsoft Oauth. The app will need to provide some way to authenticate techs.
