Python code into a Django web application

I am a beginner to intermediate Python User and have written a series of python scripts and functions (some of which are still currently in development) of which I want to create a web application from.
It seems Django may be the best solution for me now and into the future as this application grows.
The essence of the program is to take a dataframe as an input and then apply various functions to either add, manipulate and update the dataframe depending on what the user chooses. It is not a large dataset i am working with (the biggest dataset would be 400 rows x 20 colums).
A template of the how the basic console program works is attached. I am currently working through all of the different functions listed in the attached PDF.
For this particular project i am looking for the following:
Consultation and advice on best practice Architechture, code and philosophy so that the current code is being writted to ensure scaling up to a Django web app is as smooth as possible.
Things of note:
- Because I need the app to be able to save sessions for later use, i need to know how best to store the data (e.g via cloud based database?) . Currently i am just saving sessions as csv files when testing.
- should i be setting my python code up with classes/objects etc. At the moment it is just a series of functions.
- Some hands on python coding may be required as well to help with some complicated code functions.
If this project is successful and we work well together, then phase 2 of the project is to actually implement the code and create a Django professional web app.
