Reduce Truth Table to Boolean Expression - Use Python. - Algorithms/ Graph Theory

I have a truth table with 11 variables and a results column in an excel sheet. The truth table shall be reduced to find a simplified Boolean expression. Write me a script in Python that can solve the problem. The number of variables can change. I will use your script on different datasets.
Refer to the attachment. The column UTILITY1_UTILITY2_CONNECTED=1 is the results column. Ignore the column ALL_BUS_ENERGISED (do not include it in your expression).
Note this sheet was generated after i ran a Breadth First search on a graph with multiple paths. Your work is essentially an extension of the previous work. If you prefer you may start from scratch, if you think this will be easier.
