Our flagship product is GenWorlds, (public announcement coming soon) a Generative World-as-a-Service Platform for Collaborating AI Agents. The GenWorlds framework is open source ( We work directly with customers to build dedicated environments of specialized AI Agents which coordinate to execute tasks and achieve complex goals (a “GenWorld”). Imagine a dev shop GenWorld with different AI Agents specialized in UI/UX, code review, project management, doc generation, testing, security, etc., all working together to deliver the best service to the client and allowing the dev shop to scale its operations. We are building these types of environments (or GenWorlds) across all industries.
The Role
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Python Developer with a passion for artificial intelligence and cutting-edge technology to join our growing team. Your role will be to collaborate with our team to develop, test, and deploy both the core platform and specialized AI agents for various use cases. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing efficient, scalable, and maintainable Python code.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy the core platform and specialized AI agents
- Design and implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable code in Python
- Contribute to the development of new features, improvements, and bug fixes
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve code quality
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Python development, with a strong track record in building complex and scalable applications
- Deep understanding of Python language, libraries, and frameworks, such as Django or Flask
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, or natural language processing is a plus
