I am looking for a skilled developer who can create a trading strategy backtester using Python. The ideal candidate should have experience in Python programming and knowledge of financial markets and trading strategies.

Project Requirements:

- Develop a backtesting system that can test a detailed trading strategy provided by me.

- The backtester should be able to handle historical price data for testing the strategy.

- The system should be able to simulate trades, calculate performance metrics, and generate reports.

- It should have the capability to handle large datasets and perform calculations efficiently.

- The backtester should be user-friendly, with a clean and intuitive interface.

Skills and Experience:

- Proficiency in Python programming language.

- Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading strategies.

- Experience in developing trading systems or backtesting platforms.

- Familiarity with handling historical price data and performing data analysis.

- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality code within specified deadlines.
