Twilio Integration - React/Nextjs/Typescript - Chatbot

Job Description:
I'm looking to create a basic chatbot with ChatGPT. We provide a basic context to ChatGPT (regarding a service providers information). Prospective client hits the chat button and begins basic questions with ChatGPT. Once agreement to provider terms has been established, pass conversation directly to the service provider (add service provider to the conversation -- keep chat history of client and chat bot wtihin this chat so provider can see). Then it is a basic conversation via Twilio + SMS.
Total scope of this project:
- Frontend:
Message listing page - show profile icon, name, username, last message date.
Individual message page - show all messages of a conversation with user, paginated using an 'infinite scroll' type of library. Sticky at top: profile icon, name, username, option button.
Send message dialog component - show floating action button, on click -> message dialog to start a conversation with the ChatBot -> which goes into normal conversation.
- Backend & Flow:
Provide chatbot with provider context (can pass these details into the send message component as props in frontend).
User can talk with chatbot about booking a service provider. Once user agrees to all terms, add the service provider to the conversation.
Connect to send/receive data via Twilio Conversations API
link phone number to the conversation for SMS capabilities. (this number is saved in db).
Stack: React/Nextjs + Prisma & postgres db. MUI and NextUI components. I am using NextAuth for authentication.
