We are seeking a skilled full-stack developer to build a simple responsive website designed to process text with AI tools. The site will also feature user registration, login, and a subscription-based payment system. The ideal candidate has some part already made and setup (e.g. simple nodejs template with registration/login)
Responsibilities:
1. Develop the frontend of the website based on the provided design and specifications.
2. Implement user registration and login functionalities.
3. Set up the backend to securely receive, process, and return text data.
4. Integrate Stripe (or something relevant) for subscription-based payments, allowing for both card and PayPal transactions.
5. Ensure the website is fully responsive and compatible across different devices and browsers.
6. Potentially connect with external APIs, including LLM app APIs.
Technical Requirements:
Frontend:
1. Design an ASCII-art (almost plain-text) layout with a logo, horizontal menu (Pricing Plans, API, Blog), and login/signup options.
2. Feature two side-by-side text fields for users to input text and view/copy the AI-processed text.
3. Implement dropdown menus for features unlocked with payment, e.g., "Writing Style".
Backend:
1. Securely process user texts.
2. Implement user authentication and JWT-based route protection.
3. Manage user subscriptions, handling recurring payments, user subscription statuses, etc.
Functionality:
1. Allow users to test the service with a word limit before prompting for payment.
2. Implement a paywall and premium features for subscribed users. Easy way to checkout.
Technologies (Suggested):
1. Frontend: React.js with Bootstrap or Material-UI for styling.
2. Backend: Node.js with [login to view URL], using PostgreSQL as the database and Sequelize as the ORM.
3. Authentication: [login to view URL] with JWT for route protection.
4. Payment Gateway: Stripe (or anything else as long as we support both card and PayPal payments).
Additional Information:
1. The core algorithm for text processing is already developed and will not be provided. We just need an explanation on how to integrate it with frontend.
2. We also possess a detailed ChatGPT thread that step-by-step elucidates the development process, which will be shared as a guide if needed.
