Deal Analysis for Hotel Real Estate Brokerage (only with commercial real estate experience)

Job Description:

We need someone with hotel real estate experience to do deal analyses:

1. Deal Analysis: For around 50 hotels and other asset types, with all required information available

Our buyers have their specific search parameters, obvious and less obvious ones, for ex. one is interested in luxury hotels but it has to be close to an exhibition center, another one is interested in properties which can be converted into serviced apartments, etc.

a. You will have to do a manual matching of buyers and properties.

b. Write an individual short deal analysis (around 1 page) on things like how well the micro location fits the concept, client segment, economic factors in the region, etc. The goal is to submit the analysis to the buyer and support the deal process.

Quantities: In a first phase, this would generate probably 20-30 analyses. You would deliver 3-5 per week.

In a second phase, we would start scaling up with new buyers and new properties coming in. I count around 2 hours per Deal Analysis, including the research, etc.

Budget: The calculated budget per delivered analysis is $10, incl. platform costs

2. Research for New Buyers (Buyer Swap): In the case, where the buyer is not interested in the deal we propose, a so-called buyer-swap will be done by you. This process contains an online research for buyers with same or similar search parameters, adding their information through a webform and adjusting your initial deal analysis for the new buyer.

Quantities: Max. 5 Swaps per Deal

Budget: For each Buyer Swap $5 , incl. platform costs

These two processes would allow me to concentrate on gaining new clientele while the deal generation process is going on with your help.

Hard-Requirements:

1. Proven Hotel or Commercial Real Estate experience (broker, analyst, dev., transactions, acquisitions, due diligence etc.)

2. Precise working style and analytic competence (the analysis should be done properly as it will represent the company's analytic skills)

3. English native or professional (calls with clients possible to defend your analysis)

This is how we would proceed if you are interested:

We would do a video call together in which I would also show you on the screen the templates of the analysis, etc. A confidentiality agreement with an ID card copy will be required. We would invite you into our team chat and someone would be your point of contact for the reviews.

This is a door-opener position with growing responsibilities, payments and possibilities for your career. The role would open your path to recruitments at a later stage for Broker Assistants, Marketing Managers, Portfolio Analysts and Business Developers for a world-class Hotel Real Estate Agency doing business in Europe, MENA and the Carribean.
