I purchased a real estate property from an real estate agent with real cash, the real estate agent, would state that the place was at risk of a forclosure given people were getting deported and needed someone to buy out the property ASAP. I was an investor looking for property for a few months, of which the property manager of whom face foreclosure after the Mexican family of whom were flipped the house initially were unable to afford it and would face deportation notices. As i was looking to invest in real estate to purchase, the real estate agent would connect with me after advice from the property manager who informed her of my intentions to purcahse. She would take me upstairs to view the condo within starting to buy out the other occupants within starting to renovate the apartment as the real money investor while the agents would push for me to move out, before essentially starting to transition from being a middle man of whom seemed to sell a unit that may not have been hers within now the other mortgage owner starting to claim it is hears and she is the landlord and i'm she;s the one i'm suppose to be paying rent within me looking to add my common law to the land title within slowly starting to realize there had been a fraud of which they never intended for me to not only purchase what had been unlawfully sold to me, but the ceiling of the building would collapse on me within what they'd say i have to pay within my unjury lawyer and the hospital as well as police getting involved! i am looking for a strong lawyer that's able to take this case to the court while being able to add the various documents and everything requried to real a settlement, within what has been communicated by the tenancy board that i am in a rent to own situation. It has also been stated by the City that not only does it say the wrong people live in the apartment, i have a right to stay in my proprety as the Landlord within taking the issue to court as it's now been communicated as a case of not only fraud, but with the owner choosing to not recognize my investments till date claiming that i could have to sign a new deed and pay new money, I have been told that the courts do need to get involved!
