Build Pharma Chemical management business to 500 Million by 2023,
This client have one of the largest Chemical management services globally.
Client only entered into Aerospace chemical management 9-10 years ago and are now in top 5 in the world.
This client have been dealing with Big Pharma company for Approx. 2 years and want to expand their service offering.

VP intro call 30-40 mins, 2. F2F with 2-3 people, will hire immediately

Type of person, This is a new business unit, they will need to know the chemical business in Pharma. Needs to be well connected in pharma (has contacts at VP level in supply chain in pharma companies, E.g. J&J, Pfizer and Merck). Hungry and excellent track record in sales. Can own this business, professional, presentable, likable, smart, Technically minded, great energy, very sales orientated and driven with targets Etc. (someone that´s NOT only all about technical aspects so they need to be a team player and get on with management and staff)
Payment & Clawback for recruiter- Payment 30-60 days and 6 month clawback ie. If candidate leaves company or contract is terminated freelancer must find a replacement.
