Who you are:
You have at least 2 years of experience successfully sourcing for IT-related positions.
You’re used to working in competitive environments, where IT professionals are in-demand.
You’re on top of the latest tools and carry experience sourcing on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github.
You have experience working in multiple markets across the US.
What you'll do:
In a nutshell, you’ll own the top to middle part of the funnel for critical engineering roles.
Leverage LinkedIn and various tools to identify on-target candidates, especially those with technical backgrounds.
Review profiles, build lists and find direct contact info.
Write compelling outreach messages to generate interest.
Conduct initial phone screens with candidates.
Craft write-ups and submissions of best profiles.
Coordinate technical interviews and act as a liaison with the hiring team.
