Job Description:
I am looking to hire an experienced social media manager to help promote my YouTube channel focused on digital art, illustration, painting, and design tutorial videos.
Responsibilities will include:
•Developing and executing a social media strategy across various subreddits. Will consider expanding to Other platforms in the future
•Identifying relevant subreddits for sharing tutorial videos. Gaining approvals from group moderators When needed.
•Creating engaging social media posts, images, and messages to promote new tutorial videos. This includes video clips, behind-the-scenes footage, community Q&As, and more.
•Increasing views, Watch Time, subscribers, likes, comments, shares and other key metrics.
•Staying up-to-date with trends in digital art tools, software, tutorials, and communities. Providing feedback on new types of content and communities to target.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience as a social media manager for creative professionals, ideally those in digital art, design, illustration, video production or a related field.
