medical office and Med-spa building layout and interior design

I will need a building layout ideas for a 2300 square foot space. This is for both building layout and interior design ideas

The space will need 2 waiting rooms, one larger space for medical waiting room with a pediatric play area and one small one for the med spa. A doctor's office and 6 procedure rooms with a small consultation area. The med spa waiting room should have a display case for retail goods. A storage area will be needed as well as a staff and an ADA pt bathroom. The current structure has one built in bathroom which is fixed and a utility area.

Please see a raw sketch uploaded below. There are 2 load bearing columns: One in the room marked room 3 and one outside of waiting area 1. The rooms should be sound proof. 3 Rooms need to at least be 120-140 sq feet to accommodate medical lasers.
