I need construction drawings for a house addition and remodel

I have a 1/2 second floor with a very steep roof. The existing second floor consists of a loft with open play space and a full bathroom, with a railing looking into the living room below, and a child's bedroom on either end of the house.
The roof needs to be replaced based on the age of the house, so I'd like to rip off the roof and go up to create a full second floor design. This will include 2 new bathrooms, 2 new bedrooms, and a game room. I would also like to examine if I can bump out along the North side of the house to create a wider game room and a covered space underneath for my garbage cans. I need drawings to get approval from my HOA and to bid out a construction contractor.
