I am looking for a skilled 3D rendering and architectural designer to create a highly detailed Large 3 Story residential building design in a traditional style. The project will require the following skills and experience:

- Expertise in architectural design and 3D rendering

- Extensive knowledge of traditional building styles and design principles

- Ability to create highly detailed 3D renderings that accurately depict the design

- Ability to implement design style into renders

- Experience with software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit

The ideal candidate will have a portfolio of similar projects showcasing their skills in traditional residential building design and 3D rendering. They should also have excellent communication skills to ensure that the final product meets my expectations.

I will provide DWG files of the plans to the successful bidder.

We are looking to change the renders from current plans slighly so architectural design experience is required.
