Choose one large organization. Pretend that you are an ITIL consultant hired by the organization to create an IT Services plan. Develop a report of 2500 or more words in which you 1) briefly describe the organization you have chosen and 2) complete the following:
Design an IT service (you can choose whatever IT service you like) using learning objectives 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, and 1e.
Create an IT Service Strategy using learning objectives 2a, 2b, and 2c.
Develop an IT Service Transition Plan using learning objectives 3a, 3b, 3c, and 3d.
Construct a brief IT Service Operation Guide using learning objectives 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, and 4e.
Formulate a CSI Plan using learning objectives 5a, 5b, and 5c.
Organize the project according to the above 1-5 steps.
You will be submitting a draft of the project at the end of Module 6. Your instructor will give you feedback to help you perfect your project before the final submission in Module 8.
