You will have to do research about a real negotiation and you will have to describe it through the lens of the methodology that will be taught throughout all the sessions. The report (without appendices and tables/graphs) should contain at least 2000 words and a maximum of 5000 words and you should IDENTIFY the 10 elements of the negotiation matrix inside the negotiation case. The purpose of this work is to help everyone understand how the 10 elements of the negotiation can be found in any kind of negotiation and how it is very important to improve the deals.
The description of your negotiation should follow the following order of the 10 elements:
1. Context of the negotiation
2. Interests of both sides
3. Options on the table
4. Sources of Power (BATNA)
