Create a custom robot with camera and speaker -- 2

Job Description:

I need a custom robot with 4 ft height in India. It does not need to be have AI. It will just have a camera and a speeker with microphone. And a wheel so that it can move. So I want a prototype Robot. And after my work done I can order thousands pieces based on the market needs. You should give me a proper plan before started working. Also read through the exact requirements before bidding.

1. Robot should have wheel to move in all direction and it should have atleast 1.5 ft height (More height is most welcome).

2. It should have high-definition camera on head which will send the live streaming to my server and user can see that in real time.

3. The head of the robot can turn/rotate atleast 270 degree with PC keyboard and rotation should be instant fast and flexible both horizontal and vertical.

4. There should be an easy way to charge the robot and without charging cable it should be operated.

5. There should be a microphone and speaker on the robot. The end user who will operate it remotely can transfer voice and listen voice from the robot surrounding.

6. The robot can be operated through Computer Keyboard with wifi connection remotely (Even from different country)

7. The video and audio from the Robot will directly stream to user computer.

8. The end user can give operating signal to robot (move robot and turn head) using any of the programming language that developer will instruct.

9. Robot should have some easy way to connect through Wifi without needing of any technical expertise.
