Portuguese Speaking Technical Support Agent (remote Windows desktop)

We are looking for native (or near native) Portuguese-speaking technical agents with average English skills.

You will resolve the problems, issues and concerns of our subscribers through the following ways:

� Conducting remote desktop sessions so as for you to resolve the problems of the subscriber. This will be done for issues, problems and concerns that can be resolved through remote desktop sessions, such as Windows OS issues, software problems and driver / firmware / WAN / LAN / Internet connection / Web configuration settings; and

� Guiding the subscriber step by step so as to properly resolve the subscriber's issues, problems and concerns that can't be resolved through remote desktop sessions, such as manual hardware device configurations (external buttons, battery settings and so on), hardware device malfunctions and other hardware-related issues (except device driver and firmware issues, since these can be resolved through remote desktop sessions).

IMPORTANT NOTES: In case you encounter problems that you are a bit unfamiliar with, you can use the Internet to research about the best ways to resolve the problems.

This is a commission-based contract, with possible money deposit (safety for you).

Based on our conversion rates and average per-order value for the past three years in North America:

You will get 12 calls a day with a 33% conversion rate. Average order value: $260. = 4 sales a day = $1040,

Commission: 20% = $208,00 for you. Fees included.

Finally, you will have average earnings of $160,00++ a day, 20,00$++ an hour.

Your daily incomes can vary between $200,00 to $100,00 every working day.

You can make MORE THAN $4000,00 A MONTH !

Payments will be made every 20 days.

Monday to Friday, 07H-15H

Monday to Friday, 15H-23H

Saturday and Sunday, 07H-15H

Saturday and Sunday, 15H-23H

There is selling involved in the process:

But easy selling.

You will be assisting customers to activate a product that they just bought.

Then, you will try to upsell a one time assistance or a subscription for our tech support services.

The conversion rate is generally of 33%, they are easy to convert.

What are the next steps after my application?


1-We will plan a 1H Skype Interview to test your language and IT skills.

2-If all is fine, we send the contract/Non-Discosure-Agreement to you and you send it back signed to us

3-We release information about the sales process + the softwares (phone, chat, remote control, ...)

4-Once you installed the softwares and tested them with us, you are ready to start work. You start to work on the following business day.
