Blue World City Real Estate Development Project
I am looking for a skilled female candidate who can assist me in sales and leads for my upcoming project, Blue World City in Pakistan. The project is currently in the pre-construction stage and I need someone who can help me with the following tasks:
- we will provide contact numbers of different clients and she will be responsible for generating the leads with a call.
- A female staff member responsible for cold calling is typically confident and articulate, with excellent communication skills preferably in the Urdu language because the project is based in Pakistan, and the ability to build rapport with potential clients quickly. Their job responsibilities include making outbound calls and following up with potential clients to close sales.
-If she will close one deal in the first week or more than one deal she will be awarded separately.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in real estate development marketing and sales
- Must speak the Urdu language with a little bit of English.
- If she will succeed to close one deal we will hire her as a freelancer in the future.
