Our requirement - We are in search of a highly competent, reliable, experienced, and skilled candidate with a strong background in Sales, Purchase who can make sure the whole system worked smoothly. Should have experience in Bid management, proposal with neutral accent to communicate with clients, Vendors IN USA in English, Hindi & Punjabi.

Salary Range: ₹ 40000-50000/-per month

Time-off work:  9 accrued days off per year (Lohri, Republic Day, Holi, Independence Day, Raksha Bandhan, Janmashtami, Diwali, Christmas Day, New Year Day)

Work schedule: Monday to Friday at 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Type: Fully Remote & Direct Hiring. No agencies please

Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years work experience required in Sales,Purchase marketing & Business development.

Prepare and present proposals and follow up to win new projects.

To generate business through Bidding & tendering process from Govt Tenders.

Demonstrable experience and success with sales, Purchase & Business Development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record to work with minimal supervision; be efficient and proactive in completing tasks; be flexible

Problem-solving skills that go above and beyond their line of work

You are responsible for handling calls over the phone entirely & solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.

Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.

Excellent Analytical, Interpersonal skills & Attention to detail.

Advanced computer skills on MS Office specially MS-EXCEL, Accounting software and Databases.

Responsibilities

You will be our main communication Operator who will operate as the lead point of contact for all type of incoming calls from customers, Clients, vendors, Transporters & communicates there needs.

responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations

In charge of the day-to-day communication, all requests and inquiries related to sales, purchase, support & logistics.

Attention to each aspect of the shipment process.

Responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service.

Manage the customer/vendor complaint process end to end from the proper handling of potential claims & rapid resolution

Operates as the point of contact for assigned

Excellent reading, Understanding & writing skills required to be able to read, understand & bid on US Government contracts.

Interact with clients and understand their requirements.

Work on leads and proactively build a pipeline of opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduation in Any Specialization.

Excellent Reading & listening skills. English & Hindi speaking and presentation abilities. Punjabi also preferred but not mandatory.

Important points about this position - (Read Very Carefully)

You must have access to fast Computer Windows 10 with fast Wi-Fi reliable Internet & Back up Internet connection, Power Backup & dedicated room to be able to freely communicate throughout the night along with Noise cancelling headphones.

If your English Reading & listening communication skills are not excellent then please do not apply.

If you have another full time job and trying to balance it with current job, please do not apply because it is nine hours full time job.

Prior experience to work in night shift must required.
