Need Light Sales + Outreach Help (Social Media, Email)

Hi there. We're looking for some low cost, light sales and outreach help (social media and email) - multiple people. This could go long term if you're good and help get us results.
Our little tech company makes super unique e-commerce websites and mobile apps for a very specific (and huge) e-commerce company that has 4M businesses that use them (ie so we have a lot of specific targets).
Our two newest products are free to try and only cost $5 for activation and start at $1/mo for Support. So this is a high volume strategy.
And we also made our own super simple tracking CRM so you don't email or contact the same people twice - and know who to follow up with if the person responds and says "you need to contact...".
We want someone that can DM or email these businesses and people and tell them about one or two of our latest (and very unique) solutions - and try to get them to check out or test our demo (which is mind blowing, takes about 30 seconds to test and should really start a serious conversation where you can hand them off to us if they're interested and have more questions).
We'll give you a few key points to use either initially in your first DM or Email or as responses (if they have questions) plus we'll teach you the basics of our products/solutions and what makes them unique - a few easy things to learn make us stand out (ie we can do and offer certain features no other Partner company does in the world for this famous company... so the businesses just need to know this technology exists and they usually love it and sign up right away).
We want to pay a flat hourly amount per sales/outreach person we hire, but we have a few guidelines like: You must DM or email 20 businesses per hour for example.
If your work leads to sign ups and more than our goal then we'll give you bonuses based on that.
ie if you contact 160 businesses a day and 40 sign up with us then we might pay you a bonus of $20-$30 per day.
There's another small element that might help and we might hire some cheap and quick logo designers to help with it. Basically if you prep the demo for them with their logo (which you can pull from their website if they have it on their social media pages) and a few of their products, items, services or whatever they sell - then most businesses are blown away.
