Mission for New Remote High Ticket Sales Closers:

To drive NEW business revenue by

1) Generating conversations with potential clients and

2) Converting those conversations into front-end sales

Outcomes // KPIs:

1) 115,500 USD in NEW business revenue monthly (minimum).

- This is 21 units of our Coaching Program @ 5500 USD price point

- Based on a 30% live call closing ratio, this means you’ll approximately need to be taking 70 live calls per month.

You will have consults through two primary methods:

- Inbound Calls

You will receive approximately 2-5 inbound calls per day, 6 days per week. Approx 70 per month.

- Self-Generated Calls & Follow-Ups

You will be expected to generate additional follow up calls through engaging with past prospects you haven’t closed and past prospects that were marked as no shows.

30% minimum “live call” closing ratio

2) You will be expected to enroll a minimum of 30% of “live calls” (Live calls are people on your calendar who get on Zoom with you.)

You will be expected to make these KPIs with clients who are a FIT for what we have to offer.

3) Daily execution of team & administrative tasks.

In addition to driving NEW revenue, you will have a minimal amount of team & administrative tasks.

- Daily Huddles:

Attend team meetings via zoom, Monday - Friday.

Know your numbers at the beginning of every meeting (actual numbers, projections, and if you’re on pace)

Have 1-2 clients wins you want to share with the team

Be proactive with asking questions and getting help with what you’re experiencing on the calls and any reason why you aren’t hitting your numbers.

- End of day:

Send in your “end of day report” (more on that in the training)

Update your personal projections & numbers sheet

Update the team tracking sheet

Update deal pipeline in CRM

Make sure all deals are in the right stage

All deal due dates are updated.

Follow-up tasks are created for all of today’s deals (that could potentially be a fit)

Make sure any enrollments you made are properly handed off to client success (detailing deal notes, intro-ing to right people, etc…)

Confirm tomorrow’s appointments

Prepare for tomorrow’s meeting.
