Job Description:
Hey freelancers! I've been a Social Media Manager for over 7 years and I want to continue growing my business. That's where you come in. I'm looking for someone who excels in sales and can sell my Social Media Management services to potential clients on UpWork and other platforms. I've realized that this is taking up a lot of my time lately, and I'd love to have someone like you on my team to grow together.
Your job would be to:
- Send proposals on UpWork (and other platforms) to potential clients that align with our experience.
- Answer any questions that prospects may have.
- Improve our proposals: create presentations to better sell our product. (This will depend on you, the more deals you close, the higher your commission will be)
- Convince prospects that no one will do a better job than us and make them feel understood!
- Schedule and attend sales calls.
- Follow up.
- Always be cordial and friendly.
- ****Having the ability to acquire clients outside of these platforms is a big plus!****
What do I offer you?
- A basic compensation of $100 per month.
- A commission for each deal you close. (percentage to be discussed in Inbox)
- And a monthly % of every deal you've closed.
- The opportunity to grow together in the business.
You don't need much previous experience as long as you consider yourself capable of meeting the objectives.
