GTW Construction & Foundation Repair Services is an exciting market leader and innovator for Helical Screw Piles and General Contracting Services for the Construction Industry, focused on servicing the needs for low-rise construction foundation solutions, underpinning, Foundation repair, and for manufactured homes, lighting, and signage, focused on the Southern California market. The Inside Sales position will perform key outbound telesales functions to find & develop relationships within the Construction Industry, General Contractors, Structural Engineers, Underpinning projects, Manufactured Home Industry, and other market niches where our helical piles and specialized general contracting services are applicable. This position will be key to driving the future growth of the company, and it’s a truly unique and exciting challenge for the right candidate.
- MUST have experience in Construction Sales or Contracting
• Proven track record of Outbound Sales Prospecting & Cold Calling
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
• Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed, with an emphasis on achieving and exceeding business objectives.
• Strong written and verbal English is a must.
• Strong Computer, CRM, email marketing, and internet/IT skills
• Ability to prepare solid presentation material and follow up communication & documentation
• Strong Organizational skills and drive
Inside Sales Rep Responsibilities:
- Cold calling as well as follow up to identify and qualify Construction Industry relationships and Engineering relationships that the Outside Sales Team will then engage with.
- Searching through our online bidding service database for projects we can bid on and win, and contacting the General Contractors to submit bids.
- Develop relationships with target customers that will generate recurring revenue (General Contractors, Geotechnical Engineers, Structural Engineers, City Planning Departments, Mobile/Manufactured Home installers, Signage Companies, and many other niche markets)
- Set up meetings for outside sales Reps to do presentations and sales calls
- Set up Lunch & Learn meetings for Outside Sales Reps
