Wordpress Website Redevelopment: Hands-On and Coaching

I am looking for a WordPress developer to redevelop my website. I specifically want improvements in the design and layout, as well as functionality and features. SEO optimization is also important to me.
I would like to be involved in the design process and give input. Although I will trust the freelancer's expertise, I have been hands-on in managing and developing my site to date, and wish to continue to do so.
I will require coaching to understand and apply the changes and updates in capabilities of the technologies in recent years. The site is based on Wordpress with WooCommerce, Astra theme, Elementor page builder, Yoast SEO, and some other key plugins. These core elements will not change.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in WordPress/Astra/Elementor development
- Experience in redesigning websites with layout improvements, SEO, customisations.
- Ability to provide coaching and guidance at an intermediate level.
