I have a list in Sharepoint (excel export attached). I am needing a dashboard / report built that will update and pull info from the Sharepoint list. On the dash board I would want to be able to select a year and quarter to filter the data that appears on the dashboard. Several of the items I would like to compare against the same quarter that is selected in the pervious year. Example If I select Year=2020 Quarter=4, on of the items on the dashboard will display the # of current active employees for that period. Another Chart/Widget on the dashboard would display the number of active employees in the previous year period (Quarter 4 of 2019).
I'm also attaching a word document that was the start of how I would like the dashboard to look. I did not get very far along. So i'm also attaching some pictures of dashboards I like as far as the layout/design.
