We are looking for partner who would help to develop our Sharepoint site. Work would be continuous, but first task looks like this.
At this current state administration worker is sending to workers empty work report sheets in Google doc. Later workers fill reports also send photos. Later administration upload these files to Sharepoint list (report and photos). And also copy work report sheets into master excel sheet in sharepoint.
Needed these changes:
• Needed to create list in Sharepoint – where everyday where created rows for every worker working that day (more or less automatic)
• For every row needed to create links and send them to every worker mail correspondingly (more or less automatic) ( where workers later will upload work photos)
• Needed that work report form (in excel) were duplicated in Sharepoint for every worker correspondingly (more or less automatic);
• Needed that these forms were shared with workers correspondingly
• In the evening, then workers fill work reports, needed that all these work reports were copied into Master excel file.
