Our client is running their office on Sharepoint and the MS stack. They are looking to automate standard processes using Power Apps. They want to test the system using a venue booking process to start.
The user will go to Calendar, book a time, request a venue from a list of venues, someone will approve the booking, then notice of the meeting will be sent out to meeting participants.
They want to use standard functionality as far as possible without bespoke development. If there is an extant app that can be configured to achieve this, all the better.
