Build me a proxy squid script for IBM Cloud

Need a script written in any language that can be used to mass create proxies on IBM cloud servers using their API system.

Need to be fully automatic. Ipv4 proxies. The script should allow me to create x amount of proxies with whatever user name and password I choose.

Requirements:

- Create function for x amount of proxies

- Choose location of where proxies servers will be

-Choose username and password of proxies created

-choose port of proxies created.

-create function to kill (destroy) all the servers on my ibm cloud account.

- create function to list all the proxies in a .txt in this format: "ip:port:user:pass"
