Windows Batch Script For Recursive Directory Searching With FFMPEG/FFPROBE Commands

I need a Windows Batch Script writing to do the following

1. Recursive directory searching looking for file with these file extensions, *.avi *.mkv *.mp4

2. Once a file is found with one of the above file extensions the batch script will launch the FFPROBE application ([url removed, login to view]), FFPROBE will then check the file and report back to the script.

3. If the FFPROBE application reports back that the codecs inside are anything different that x264/aac 2.0 the script will then launch FFMPEG to convert to a specification i set

4. Delete the original file after successfull conversion.

Please only bid on my project if you have experience with windows batch scripting and also experience with ffmpeg/ffprobe
