Customize Shopify Check out payment method

I set up a free Shopify theme for my e-commerce business.

I need some customization like when a customer enters a "prepaid" discount code then hides cash on the delivery payment method and the customer see only the Razorpay payment gateway with a discount.

and second thing adds (User coupon code 'PREPAID' for 30% off on this payment method) this message on Razorpay Payment meth. please see the attachment file.
