3. Know how to use zendesk.
4. Working time range availability during working hours of 9.00 -17.00 time zone GMT+7 everyday including weekend.
5. Strong communication skills, as I want to MINIMIZE of using the macro in answering customers.
6. Know how to Make customers happy by resolving their problems.
7. Know about dropshipping business flow.
1. Dealing with tracking information when customer ask about his order

3. Manage return and refund request from the customer.
