Shopify Pro Needed: Homepage Elements

We were working with a developer to design several new homepage elements. Unfortunately, the developer left 3/4 of the way through, so the majority of what we need done is completed.

We are looking for a skilled Shopify developer to step in and help us not only create 2 new elements for our homepage, but also slightly correct and modify the code the previous developer left behind (pick up where they left off).

Attached you will find a PDF. The two elements that still need to be created are:

Elements: 1 and 4

Plus, we'd need slight modifications (adding buffer, extra pixel space, modifying the visual look of Element 5).
