I would like to set up a Shopify member website. The following are my requirements:
Members must be able to fill out an application and be approved by administrator before being allowed to join. Email of the application should be sent to the directors.
Once members join, they will pay for a membership, which will renew yearly.
Emails confirming payment, acceptance as a member, renewals, payment failures should be automated. Other custom emails must be able to be sent to the entire membership when we want.
There must be a directory of members that we can put on a public page in the website that will be searchable by name or specialty.
There will be a store restricted to members only in which they can buy items. The e-commerce function will be through Shopify, but the store will be restricted only to members.
Members must have an attractive portal to be able to see their account, including the ability to change their demographics and see both membership billing history and item purchase history.
There should be an administration page to be able to change pricing for memberships. The rest of the e-commerce would be done through the Shopify normal menu.
