536372 Wordpress 2: Completing Wordpress Pages for Company

We have a half finished website that has been created on wordpress. I estimate the the completion should not take any longer than one week by a motivated and committed freelance. Please take a look at e-f-s.net. We need to put a shopping cart into place for selling new companies and older companies. The shopping cart must lead to a streamline payment page as the first preference and paypal as a second preference (due to he hight transaction charges). A newsfeed has been created on the right hand side and still can be uploaded. So the work that needs to be done is as follows:
Requirements:
1. Provide all webpages with EFS design and colourings
2. Ensure all pages are created, uploaded and all jurisdiction and services properly displayed
3. Create News Panel that automatically fetches news from EFS Twitter pages, as and when this is updated
4. Create functioning Newsletter sign up facility that sends out the EFS Newsletter monthly to the persons on the database.
5. Create functioning shopping cart for companies to be incorporated from each jurisdiction page
6. Create functioning shopping cart from list of shelf companies and companies for sale list
7. Functioning payment option for all efs products
8. Upload content to all pages
9. All panels and scroll downs are accurately working
10. Ensure all RSS feed, followers etc is displayed and functioning properly
11. Ensure correct interlinking and hyper linking on all pages
12. Ensure contact pages with email option.
13. Naming all webpages correctly in their URL in accordance to their most accurate keyword search term. Report to JR when completed and spend checking each page for accuracy.
